2. How can I earn this reward?

5. When will I receive my cashback?
• You’ll receive your cashback within 3 days of item shipment
• You will not receive the cashback until the transaction is complete (i.e. for transactions being processed)
• You will not receive the cashback if the transaction is canceled or has failed
• You can also check the cashback provided to you, in your Amazon Pay balance account.
6. What happens if I am eligible for more than one reward?
If you are eligible for more than one reward, you’ll be able to redeem the reward that gives the best cashback on your purchase. Rest of the rewards can be redeemed in subsequent purchases

Add Rs 2,000 or more to Amazon Pay balance using Amazon Pay UPI on Amazon app and get shopping rewards of Rs. 200. The offer is applicable only on the mobile app. Shopping Rewards will be unlocked once on add money transaction during the offer period.

What is the validity of the offer?
Offer can be unlocked from 1st May, 2021 (00:00:00hrs) to 5th May, 2021 (23:59:59 hrs). Unlocked rewards on shopping can be redeemed from 1st May, 2021 (00:00:00hrs) to 6th May, 2021 (11:59:59 hrs).

This offer is applicable only for select Amazon customers, selected as per Amazon’s discretion.

Where will I get this shopping reward?
You will receive an email with the reward details and a ‘collect offer’ option. You can collect this offer and do the underlying transaction to claim the reward.

Where will the Unlocked Offers be visible?
You can view & collect your Unlocked Offers under “Your Rewards” section available only on Amazon App. Go to -> Amazon App -> click on “Offers” on the Amazon home page -> Click on “Your rewards” to find all the eligible Offers.

What happens if I am eligible for more than one offer?
If you are eligible for more than one offer, the best offer is auto-applied for you.

How many times can I avail this offer?
This offer is valid once per user during the offer period.

My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cashback under this Offer?
If your payment failed while placing an order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revive your payment for such an order. If you revise your payment within the offer duration, you will be eligible for the cashback.
