Solutions Pvt. Ltd (“Woohoo”) 

 

2. To qualify for the Offer the Customer is required to deposit min. Rs.1000 and above through 

UPI, such transactions shall be deemed as eligible to avail the Offer. . 

3. Participation in this offer is voluntary. 

4. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these 

Terms and Conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Bank and the terms and 

conditions of Woohoo with relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely 

facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the 

terms and conditions of Woohoo. 

5. This offer is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-encashable. 

6. Each Customer will be eligible for only one voucher during the Offer Period. 

7. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or

whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, 

wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend 

or withdraw it altogether. 

11. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final 

and shall be binding on all persons. 

12. Eligible Customers for Vouchers shall be declared within 90 days from the last day of the 

Offer Period and the communication with Voucher details will be sent to all eligible 

Customer’ registered email id via email and registered mobile number via SMS, within 105 

days from last day of Offer Period. The validity of the voucher will be 90 Days.

13. Customers, who will be declared as eligible for voucher, consent that if required by the Bank, 

they will give their testimonials about the offer/Banking writing. The testimonials will be 

used by the Bank for marketing purposes and the Bank shall not, at any time, be liable to 

make any payments towards any kind of fees, incentive or royalty, for these testimonials. 

14. Only successful transactions will be considered as eligible transactions. 

15. Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise
